-
We want purchase and cancellation expectations to be clear before you make a financial commitment.
The following general policy applies unless a sales page, checkout page, invoice, written proposal, or signed agreement states different terms.
1. Coaching Sessions
Coaching appointments may be rescheduled by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as used and may not be refunded or replaced.
Missed appointments are nonrefundable.
If you arrive late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time. A session may be considered missed if you are more than 15 minutes late without communication.
We understand that genuine emergencies occur and may consider exceptions at our discretion.
2. Coaching Packages
Coaching packages are reserved commitments of time and capacity.
Unless your signed coaching agreement states otherwise:
Payments become nonrefundable once coaching begins.
Failure to schedule or attend sessions does not create a right to a refund.
Unused sessions must be completed within the time stated in the coaching agreement.
Unused or expired sessions may not be transferred to another person.
Ending coaching early does not automatically cancel an outstanding payment plan.
Any request to end coaching should be submitted in writing to info@thrivedpa.com.
3. Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered or made accessible immediately, purchases of downloadable or on-demand digital products are generally final and nonrefundable.
We may provide a replacement file, access assistance, or another reasonable remedy when:
You accidentally made a duplicate purchase
A file is corrupted
A technical problem prevents access
You were charged incorrectly
You must contact us within seven days of purchase to report a technical or billing problem.
4. Programs, Workshops, and Events
Refund and cancellation terms for programs, workshops, Bible studies, retreats, speaking engagements, or live events will be stated on the applicable sales page, registration page, proposal, or agreement.
When no separate terms are provided:
A cancellation requested at least seven days before the event may be eligible for a credit.
Cancellations made fewer than seven days before the event are generally nonrefundable.
Failure to attend does not create a right to a refund.
Accessing program materials may make the purchase nonrefundable.
Event recordings or digital materials may be substituted when appropriate.
5. Recurring Subscriptions or Memberships
If we offer a paid recurring subscription or membership, you may cancel future renewals before the next billing date.
Cancellation stops future charges but does not ordinarily create a refund for the current billing period.
Access may continue through the end of the period already paid for.
The Garden Room is currently described as a free community. If a paid option is introduced, its specific billing and cancellation terms will be disclosed before purchase.
6. Payment Plans
A payment plan divides the total purchase price into installments.
Unless expressly described as a cancel-anytime subscription, withdrawing from a coaching package, program, or event does not cancel the remaining balance.
You remain responsible for scheduled payments unless a written agreement or applicable law provides otherwise.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact us at info@thrivedpa.com before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to address the issue.
Submitting a dishonest or fraudulent payment dispute may result in suspension of access, collection activity, or other remedies permitted by law.
Nothing in this provision prevents you from exercising legitimate rights provided by your financial institution or applicable law.
8. Legal Rights
Nothing in this Refund and Cancellation Policy limits a refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
