I believe God’s daughters were never meant to just survive.
We were made to flourish—in identity, purpose, relationships, and the work He’s called us to do.
My mission is simple:
To help women come home to who they are, break free from survival mode, and live fully as daughters of God.
Whether through coaching, content, teaching, or strategy—I create spaces for transformation. Some of those spaces are soft and soul-healing. Others are focused and practical. But every space God graces me to build is grounded in truth, filled with grace, and shaped by the Spirit.
Amanda Ross-Hardin …
is a coach, communicator, and creative strategist whose life’s work is devoted to helping God’s daughters move beyond survival and step into a flourishing life. She carries a deep conviction that women were never meant to simply get by, but to live fully rooted in their identity, flourishing in their purpose, relationships, and the work God has entrusted to them. Through coaching, content, teaching, and strategy, Amanda creates transformative spaces where women can come home to who they are, break cycles, and walk confidently in the fullness of life as daughters of God.
With over 15 years of experience in ministry, women’s support work, and brand strategy, Amanda serves women in two powerful capacities: identity and execution. She guides women in renewing their minds, reclaiming their identity, and building what God has placed in them, with structure, support, and Spirit-led momentum. Her approach is no fluff, just real tools, heart-deep transformation, and a sensitivity to the Holy Spirit.
As a speaker, Amanda teaches from a place of lived experience and wholeness still in progress. She has spoken at retreats, workshops, and digital platforms, always delivering a message rooted in truth, drenched in grace, and centered on the belief that women can live free, live rooted, and truly flourish. Her most requested messages include breaking self-sabotage, healing from perfectionism, embracing daughter identity, and walking out purpose with clarity and courage.
In addition to her coaching and teaching, Amanda currently serves as the Director of the Called Coach Institute, an accredited Christian Life Coaching Program that equips aspiring coaches with the tools and training to Coach with the Holy Spirit through the Spirit-Led Coaching Model.
Throughout her tenure at Miller Brands Group, she has helped develop, launch, serve as a personality for, and steward transformational brands such as The One University, Everyday Seminary, Sunday+, and Restored University. She specializes in taking God-given vision and turning it into structured, Spirit-filled experiences that get results and bring glory to God.
Amanda also hosts The Daughter Society podcast, a sacred space where she helps women break free from the orphan mindset and learn to live deeply as daughters of God. Her voice reaches audiences through podcasts, coaching sessions, and stages, but her message remains the same: speak truth, hold space, and help God’s daughters flourish.
Her ministry roots are deep. Before platforms and programs, Amanda worked as a case manager for pregnant women in crisis and led a support group called Made Whole. She later launched a grassroots women’s ministry in Columbus, GA called The Girl Behind the Selfie, hosting intimate events where women laid down performance and encountered healing through honest conversation. These early moments still shape how she serves today.
Amanda holds a B.S. in Public Relations from Georgia Southern University and a M.A. in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University. She is the founder of She’s Made to Flourish and continues to carry a mantle for transformation that is Spirit-led, truth-centered, and deeply personal.
