Hey! It’s Nice to Meet You

Amanda Ross-Hardin woman wearing an orange top and yellow earrings, with curly black hair, is posing indoors with a blurred background of shelves, a framed picture, and a plant.

I’m Amanda. a Christian life coach, speaker, strategist, and host of She’s Made to Flourish podcast.

I help women of faith move from believing they were made for more to actually building a life that is rooted in God, aligned with purpose, and healthy from the inside out.

But before this became my work, it became my burden.

For years, I’ve found myself drawn to the woman who looks like she’s holding it together, but quietly knows she’s tired. The woman who loves God, believes His Word, and still feels like her everyday life doesn’t fully reflect what she knows is possible. The woman carrying vision, responsibility, faith, and purpose …. but also exhaustion, inconsistency, and the quiet ache of feeling disconnected from herself.

That’s the woman I serve.

Because I believe God’s daughters were never meant to simply survive.

We were made to flourish.

Not in a performative, picture-perfect, “everything is always okay” kind of way. But in the real places of our lives: our faith, our health, our healing, our purpose, our relationships, our decisions, our rhythms, and the way we partner with God every day.

Through 1:1 coaching, The Garden Room community, practical resources, and the She’s Made to Flourish podcast, I help women slow down, get honest, reconnect with God, and take practical steps toward the life He has been inviting them to steward.

My work is Spirit-led, deeply practical, and rooted in identity. I don’t believe transformation happens just because we hear more truth. I believe transformation happens when we learn how to apply truth to the life we are actually living.

How I Serve Women

Today, I serve women through coaching, teaching, content, community, and leadership.

As a Christian life coach, I walk alongside women who are ready to get unstuck, rebuild with God, and create a life that reflects who He says they are.

As the host of the She’s Made to Flourish podcast, I create honest, faith-filled conversations around purpose, healing, health, identity, relationships, joy, and the everyday work of becoming whole.

Through The Garden Room, I lead a free community for women of faith who are learning to grow with God through monthly Bible Study & Sisterhood Nights, weekly podcast action plans, and space to connect with other women who are choosing to flourish.

As the Director of Called Coach Institute, I train and equip Christian life coaches through a Spirit-led coaching model. In that role, I get to combine my love for operations, teaching, instructional design, leadership, and building spaces where women can grow in confidence, skill, and calling.

But long before She’s Made to Flourish, The Garden Room, or Called Coach Institute, I was already creating spaces for women to be seen, strengthened, and reminded of who God says they are.

I served as a case manager for pregnant women in crisis and led a women’s support group called Made Whole, where I supported women through some of the most vulnerable and transitional seasons of their lives.

I also founded The Girl Behind the Selfie, a women’s event series that created space for honest conversations, healing, identity, and community.

And through the 139 Conference, inspired by Psalm 139:14, I helped women confront insecurity, embrace their God-given identity, and grow in confidence as women who are fearfully and wonderfully made.

Every season has shaped the way I coach, teach, and lead today.

I’ve learned that women don’t just need more inspiration. We need safe spaces, honest conversations, biblical truth, practical tools, and support that helps us live differently when we leave the room.

A Little More About Me

Outside of coaching and teaching, I’m probably dreaming up a new idea, cooking something good in the kitchen, talking through a revelation with too many hand motions, or trying to convince myself that buying fresh flowers is a daily necessity.

I’m happily married to the most amazing chocolate man, and I love the life we’re building together.

I’ve also been on my own flourishing journey in a very real way. Over the last year, I recommitted to my health, lost 40 pounds, and started lifting weights.

And let me tell you, picking up heavy things will preach. It has taught me so much about discipline, endurance, stewardship, and becoming strong in places I used to avoid.

I’m a woman who loves God, loves music, loves a deep conversation, and believes joy is worth fighting for.

I’m not coaching from a pedestal. I’m growing too. And I think that’s part of what makes this space feel honest.
